MISSION:
To mobilize youth, families, community members and organizations to prevent and reduce substance misuse in East Boston.
VISION:
East Boston is a place where young people and families can thrive and receive the support they need to be healthy and happy.
The EASTIE coalition takes a community-wide approach to prevention by engaging organizations, institutions, groups and individuals representing various sectors of society. Recognizing the importance of peer and community-led change, EASTIE offers Youth Leadership and Parent Support programs to encourage youth and families to take a lead role in the coalition’s work.
